1. Digital Products

Guglaa.com sells digital downloadable files (PDF Worksheets). Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be "returned" once they are downloaded or accessed.

Therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the payment is completed and the download link has been generated/sent.

2. Why No Refunds?

Since the product is a digital file, once you buy it, you have permanent possession of the file. It is impossible to "return" the file to us. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and agree to this No-Refund Policy.

3. Exceptions (Technical Errors)

We only consider refunds in the following extreme cases:

If you were charged twice for the same product (Duplicate Transaction).
If the download link is completely broken and our support team is unable to fix it within 48 hours.

1. License & Usage Rights

Your usage rights depend on the plan you purchased:

Personal Plan (₹199): You are granted a license for Personal Use Only. You may print these worksheets for your children or students (if you are a teacher). You CANNOT resell, redistribute, or share the digital PDF files with others.
Business/Resell Plan (₹699): You are granted a Commercial License. You are allowed to resell the printed copies or the digital bundles as part of your business. However, you cannot claim copyright ownership of the original design assets.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and graphics on this website are the intellectual property of Guglaa.com unless stated otherwise (e.g., PLR content). Unordered sharing of the Personal Plan files is a violation of copyright laws.

3. Payment & Pricing

Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed via our secure payment gateway to access downloads.

4. Limitation of Liability

Guglaa.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Ensure you have the necessary software (like a PDF Viewer) to open the files.
